Personal Meditation Instruction and Spiritual Guidance Program

The American Buddha Spiritual Therapy Center offers personally designed programs in the areas of relationship, manifestation, healing and spiritual awakening at our offices in Santa Barbara, Ca. We consult with clients on an individual basis. We also do workshops throughout the Southern California area (see workshops).Finally; we offer an intensive program for dedicated individuals who are interested in a long term program of spiritual self-discovery.

Phone Consultation and Internet Based Programs

The American Buddha Spiritual Therapy Center offers spiritual guidance over the phone or the internet. We have done this for years with wonderful results. The primary point I wish to make here is that I do not have to be physically present to help you. The Divine is Omnipresent. The Grace is already within you. It just needs to be stimulated. I offer programs of spiritual self-discovery via phone and internet for clients around the world.

American Buddha Energy Healing Program

Health is the harmonious interaction of body, mind, and spirit. But it is the light of Grace which creates health in the body/mind. Health, therefore, is the light of Grace and disease is the absence of Grace. Healing focuses Grace in the body. At American Buddha, we have transmitted Healing Grace to thousands around the world.  American Buddha offers guidance that is sometimes necessary at critical moments in our spiritual development. We have nearly 40 years of experience in this area and we know what to do to help you to transcend your “threshold guardians” and shift you permanently into a higher state of functioning.

Long Term Self-Discovery Program (space limited)

American Buddha offers a long-term program of self-discovery leading to Spiritual Awakening, Self-realization, God-realization, and Enlightenment for seekers around the world. The Self-Discovery program includes a personally designed spiritual practice; a weekly Divine Grace transmission; a monthly personal phone consultation, e-mail correspondence and much more. This program is for our most advanced students.

Samskara Shruti Program

This essential component of our American Buddha program utilizes specific techniques to resolve biologically based emotional blockages. These blockages can be traced back to our cellular memory and to our relationship with our ancestors. We work specifically with intent, gratitude, forgiveness, and belief, in order to resolve destructive behaviors that cause resistance to the unrestricted flow of Divine Energy

The Ecstatic Meditation Technique

This is a most beautiful compliment to the Grace through Pulse Technique. This technique is derived from an ancient yogic knowledge about the body/mind. The theory behind it is that each cell in our body carries an innate joy. This technique enlivens our capacity to experience ecstasy.

The Ah Infusion Technique

This phase of the American Buddha Program involves utilizing spiritual technologies to live a better life in the modern world. Now that the body has been purified and aligned with the Laws of Nature through the previously mentioned techniques; we are now ready to apply this powerful new experience to the real world. We owe the Ah infusion Technique to the great tradition of Siddha Masters of South India. These Sages knew the secrets of manifestation. The Ah Infusion Technique will help you to live a better life.

Grace through the Eyes

This is the oldest and most powerful form of Grace Transmission. It was originally utilized by the ancient yogic masters to transmit the highest spiritual knowledge to their disciples without the need for speech. We use this technique to awaken Divine intelligence at the deepest levels of experience. This technique links one directly to the Universal Soul. Stuart spontaneously developed this rare ability and he has employed it to transmit Divine Grace to thousands throughout the world. It has been a life transforming experience for many people and is a fundamental part of the American Buddha program.

Grace through the Palms

This is another very old knowledge from the Ayurvedic tradition of ancient India. It utilizes the radial pulse as a point of entry to infuse Grace into the physical and emotional bodies in order to bring them into harmony with the Natures evolutionary rhythm. The process is a deeply calming and healing experience. This technique builds synergistically on the Grace transmission through the Eyes technique.

Grace through the Palms

This is a rare form of Grace Transmission that is usually reserved for a yogi’s most advanced disciples. This technique is used to align the spiritual, emotional and physical bodies in preparation for the experience of higher states of consciousness.

Grace Light Empowerment

A Grace Light Blessing is a transfer of Divine Energy which is designed to bring about the state of Unity in the recipient. A Grace Light Blessing initiates a neurobiological change in the brain that enables the senses to be free from the interference of the mind. NOTE: This technique comes from Dattatreya Siva Baba and is made available to all at no charge.

The “American Buddha” Oneness Retreats are designed to help shift you into an Awakened Consciousness. There are many aspects of the Awakened experience that will be made available for the first time during the retreats and you will be instructed in a number of advanced “Spiritual Technologies”. You will be taught ancient yogic techniques to create miracles in your own life.
